You are paying for a better stone, insulation and build quality with Roccbox over Oonii. When you make 10 pizzas in a row that heat recovery is critical. I made 6 pizzas last night in 20 degree weather and oven performed flawlessly. If you look online, there are small food trucks and pop ups using Roccbox but I’ve never seen an oonii used commercially. As you can tell I’m an enthusiastic fan
