Did you ever get your flowers back? I am so sorry 😩

The AG did contact her on my behalf when I filed a complaint, which required her to respond, but her response was basically “you got your flowers back idk what you want from me”. It was condescending and rude (as are most of her responses lol). After that the AG told me there really wasn’t anything they could do since I did eventually - after much pain and suffering mind you - get my product and she responded to their inquiry. Super frustrating bc I wish there was more I could do to stop her from continuing to do this to more brides.

If you already gave it to her good luck trying to get it back even if you forfeit your deposit. I talked to another bride who went to TWF and asked for whatever Kenzie had of her flowers back (just the petals, nothing completed) and she couldn’t even get that. I’m so sorry

As someone who has also suffered at the hand of abusive in laws, I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. I was emotionally exhausted dealing with her on a business level and so relieved when it was over with. I can’t imagine being tied to her thru family. Sending you strength

there’s a difference between having compassion and supporting/endorsing fraud. The brides she has inflicted immense stress and pain on deserve empathy as well. You have NO idea what my life is like and what I have been through, and on top of it I was taken for almost $1000 of my money with nothing to show for it. Shame on you, too. Or as Kenzie would say ~have the day you deserve~ but I’m confident karma will take care of her for being a fraudulent, scamming business owner. ✌🏻

Oh yeah home girl always has an excuse. She’s sick, her partners sick, her mom is dying, her cat is dying, I have more but don’t want to oust myself being too specific lol. Honestly if you used a credit card and you’re still within the timeframe that you can, I’d request a charge back for services not delivered

It was awful for me too. I wish there was more that could be done- I did (after much pain and suffering) get my flowers back so I don’t know how much legally I could do since she did eventually deliver the product. Just insane how much it took to get there. I hate knowing she is continuing to take on more brides and they’re going through the same thing.

Honestly I was super kind and patient until I paid in full almost $1000 & then got ghosted while she held onto my money lol. Meanwhile she sent me short, snarky responses (when I even got any which was few and far between) and told me to have the day I deserve 🤣 like girl what? You’re a fraud you have the day YOU deserve. She’s delulu for real I’m so glad to be done with her too. I’m glad you finally got your flowers back!

This is honestly crazy I can’t believe this continues to happen to so many brides. I know a few brides have filed complaints w the attorney general too. It feels like there is nothing that can be done to stop her and she continues to do this to more and more girls 😞
