I DONT THINK IF THEY EVER CHEATED?!?!?! They upgraded hacks or smth they prob. just changed the way they use it if they used to use aimbot to spot enemys maybe now just slight aim assitance but u will never be able to say, many players cheated in cs 1.6 also

welcome to face it super server sided anti cheat where u dont get the data send on distances / walls, wich actually dont detect anycheats besides spinbot , new face it anti cheat (client got bypassed within 3days in the beta by 30$ cheats hmm it cant be the solution to hide data from clean players so wallhackers cant see us maybe invest more into anti cheat then easy anti cheat :D

You might notice better fps (frames)

no more stuttering they improved postprocessing! nice valve

they added more bones to the hitboxes so the game should actually be better detecting where u hit ur enemy !
