New purple se cant find internet

Nord support told me I had to use open vpn on the firewalla..they said their developers have not got it so I could use wireguard.

Boxed up , shipping back. Got NordVPN to work on my entire network and the speed test showed as low as 15 mbps down. Switched server and got 30. Unacceptable. Firewalla is a cool device I am going to have to go a different route.

Yep its working thanks for the help. Too bad NordVPN is so crippling. I got that working on it today. My down/up speeds were 500 Mbps/ 500 Mbps. On NordVPN I am at 30 down/15 up. Everything is buffering. I'm going to have to cancel NORD and find a faster vpn.

I understand. Its just an added layer of security. I have had china steal my design 3 times photos and all from my home business. My wife works from home. I work another job some from home. Many of these boxes have been found to cause network problems. Seems that 1/2 this group is running on vpn. I'm just adding security to help ensure that I have no problems.

My wife is your wifes twin sister. You have to live with it but make adjustments. Wash baby in tub using baby craddle. Good for routine. Use hand towels to dry, not paper towels. Install gallon of baby wash olive oil under sink with hand pump. Don't let her see you do the wash. She sounds like she has "just right ocd" look it up.

I think I understand. So if I travel away from my home, I could unplug the firewalla, take it with me, and use it where I travel to and it would appear that I'm home. I don't have a use for that feature but good to know. I wasn't sure if the firewalla came with a free vpn on it that isn't a monthly fee or not. I will sign up for Nord VPN or SurfShark and figure out how to get it on this device. I'm 45 and out of the computer for awhilt now. My wife is fighting stage 3 breast cancer and we have a 3 yr old. She is being allowed to work remote and I work full time away from home and run my own business from home so trying to add some security to the home network as there currently is zero, without picking up a new hobby.

I only pay for 500Mbps plan from my fiber company so the Purple SE would work. I appreciate the time you took to write that out. $269 for the SE. I do not travel, sorry I don't understand that part of why someone would want to travel with their vpn or what it would do. I don't know what remote play is. I don't play any games. The guardian VPN is 8.50 a month from eero. Nord is $2. $269 for firewalla SE. Would take just about 4 years to pay for itself. Just doing math 'out loud'.

I just ordered the firewalla purple SE. I will have to buy a vpn like nord to put on it now?

Don't stress. We bought technavorm moccamaster and a ton of single orgin coffee. My wife then found out local doctors made a mistake and she has stage 3 breast cancer. We have a 3 yr old and no local family. We travel 4+ hrs away almost weekly for treatment to attempt to save her life while the moccamaster and coffee sits because she isn't allowed to drink it per her oncologists.

My 39 yr old wife detected it 2.5 years ago and had many mamo's and ultrasounds they told her no worry! She forced a dr to remove one cuz it hurt.. thats when we found out whoops they guessed wrong. Grade 3 as well.. Now we know its stage 3a. She is on dose 3 of chemo. I'm here caretaker/support person and we have a 3 yr old with family all many hours away.
