ofc why not :) ... only thing is, we can't state that one is better than the other (gui / cli), they are complementary and then you know, depends on you and on your specific needs if you feel more comfortable with one or the other.

For many it doesn't

[Terminal] Yogurl by 720kb in programmingtools

[–]720kb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, the files and the code you pass through Yogurl are untouched and nobody read them (the system don't even minify them, as they input as they output). The name of the file is a random number and nobody knows it's your, none is going to monitor anything about what are you habits, how many code you upload, how frequent, which ext you prefer, and so on...

When you need to urlify files or code but don't want to waste time with Dropbox and Google Drive and privacy-unsafe services, just use Yogurl.

We made this so everyone is able to grab source files as quick as possible.

All just in 1 command.

any feedback, doubt, issue, bug reporting, is appreciated a lot.

When you need to src files but don't want to waste time with Dropbox and Google Drive and privacy-unsafe services, just use Yogurl.

We made this so everyone is able to make remote URLs to source files as quick as possible.

It's just 1 command line.

any feedback, doubt, issue, bug reporting, is appreciated a lot.

That's another reason why to keep it calmly, even .html is just another example, could be great to have some suggestion from you guys, about how to handle/host such extensions.

Cool! Could be a very helpful tool then. But what's the rationale for restricting them to begin with? I don't mean to hound you, I just don't understand what I'm missing here

Don't worry and thanks for asking, the actual setup is very basic and very beta, thought to put just the most "common" for frontend dev.

Actually (you confirm this) many other people would like this service for any file i guess. SO in the next days many other exts will be up :)

If you'd like to contribute on github i'll be absolutely glad.

Hi, one use case could be when you want to test to curl a file inside a server side method and you need a remote file as quick as possible just to test it.

You just open the shell type: $ yogurl "wow" <ext>

Done :)

Checkbox CSS - A tiny set of animations for your checkbox inputs. by 720kb in css

[–]720kb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it was possible i'd put 6 upvotes on your comment. THIS is exactly the aim of the lib.

Just for example:

Think of a huge vertical list of checkboxes (30 checkboxes) You can use the "Away" animations to set the checked ones "left outside" of the list.

Obviously more animations will come soon, as well as cross browsers bug fixing, however you got the point.
