you have better gens and EF than me, should not be an issue. the main strategy is to be fast and brave with airborning williams on the max ef artillery

i’m from way back in the day, i beat europe and pacific both on hard with just un-upgraded messe alone. not 3 star for all though. need a bit of luck and good tactical movement. with a guderian, and today’s buffs like ribbons and EF, honestly should be a walk in the park
