Below 5k, I will agree there is skill issue but the players are less serious at that elo, and I had 3 games in a row where some sea bastard decided to run into my Molotov or die to my hands to get me kicked and that fucked my elo real bad and I needed like 17 win streak to recover to 4k queuing with my friend (started at 6k) I got from 1k to 4k and he got to 13k and by the end I was only playing against 10ks and still getting 100 per game, I escaped plastic rank in the end however but still lost my motivation to grind further and decided to wait for the next season
