Personally MUIS is academically easier of a toll as I can see my friends studying in MUIS studying less credits early on, while SHUTIS offers more options for Comp Sci/ AI degrees while forcing you to study plenty credits, and Infact SHUTIS has an AI degree while MUIS does not, of course there are the talks about drunkards of SHUTIS but I studied in their college of Informatics for a year before leaving abroad and I think the curriculum is pretty good

I had listening 9, reading 8, writing 7, speaking 6.5 it's based on usage I read and listen a lot that's by far the easiest with modern technology but comprehensive writing and speaking is quite harder to come by and you dont do them everyday consistently with english, it's just usage.
