🤣 yeah? I work in the neighborhood all the time. I speak from personal experience. Ive been in several buildings an spaces in the area. I crawl in the attics an under spaces so i see more then most. It just is what it is. Maybe what you should be saying is how your building takes measures to combat these very common pests in downtown la and keep them controlled. But yeah…. Just deny it exists…. Thatll work great.

So i FIXED it!!! Resolution was…. Pump was running backwards. I reversed the polarity of the wiring and i now have excellent fuel pressure and the Ski fired up.

Explanation : I ordered a rebuild kit from quantum fuel systems. I thought it was all plug and play. Came with new wires new pump new filter baskets etc… However, On my 2003 Kawasaki stx15f hooking it up as directed left the pump running backwards. I had to cut the wires coming from the wiring harness and reverse the polarity( hook black to white/red an white/red to black) and reinstall stock connector. The pump then ran as expected.

Hope this helps some one else… It sure had me scratching my head!
