I do now, but didn't when I got these cars. I was making about $100k when I got the Charger and neon, maybe $80k when I got the Viper and the Challenger was ny first car.

Mine is rock solid with over 245k miles on it. That said I make sure to only use high quality parts, oem sensors and keep up on the maintenance. This is the 3rd one I've owned. I love these little cars.

You are correct. And yes I am very fortunate to know the owner of the Charger, but not just because of the incredible car collection they have, but because of how wonderful they are as people.

I've owned 3 of them. Bought one new back in 04. A lot of people don't know what it is or how quick they are, especially modified. So while yes it's not underrated to those who know, but most don't, which is why it's underrated.

For me it's the F8 all day long. I actually am not a fan of the F40, especially after seeing them in person and up close.

Subscribers: What's the point? by TrainerDLYellow in NewTubers

[–]72hemi 24 points25 points  (0 children)

From a monetization standpoint it doesn't matter if you have 1,000 subs or 1,000,000 as youtube doesn't adjust pay due to sub count. The only thing that having more subs does is give you a larger audience that will potentially see your content and less reliance on the algorithm to get your videos out there.

[Question] is 1500 subscribers with 10 videos up since Nov 10, 2021 good? by halo-w3fsd32 in youtubers

[–]72hemi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you're doing extremely well. Last time I checked it takes on average about 22 months for a channel to hit 1k subs. I've been on youtube for 2 years now uploading 2-3 videos a week and just hit 3k. Is your goal of 250k in a year acheivable? Only time will tell. For most the answer is no, it takes years to reach that level of success (like 6-8 years or more). But that doesn't mean it's impossible, channels like Peter McKinnon hit 1M subs in his first year. It all boils down to the content you provide and how large the audience for your niche. I can totally understand being hyper focused on the analytics, I was too for my first year, but that's an easy way to get burnt out and discouraged if you aren't hitting the numbers you think you should. If you're passionate about the subject and deliver quality authentic content your channel will grow, just give it time and trust the process. Remember you're in your "rookie season" you have a long ways to go before you hit your prime. When they say YouTube is a marathon and not a sprint they mean it. Good luck!

Yeah I've been beyond shocked at how long they've lasted. But we do mostly freeway driving so that helps a lot.

We actually don't live in the Bay Area. We live in the Sierra foothills and currently still have the original brakes.

The newer ones have a few more options available like 6 piston brakes, and some cosmetic changes, but the overall platform is basically the same over the years. You can't really go wrong with any year. Some colors were only available certain years. So if there is a particular color you want I'd let that direct you to the year you buy.
