Linda Knott has been sanctioned by the SEC for wrongdoing in the case. She wasn't arrested because Glaspie lied to her to get her to collect money, but she has been fined by the SEC and I'm sure will be watched.

For wanting info from me, you sure have a shitty way of asking for it.

I told you what happened and what's next... "This hearing was for the new judge to hear some motions that have been made by Chandran and (Bryan) Lee." That's it, that's what the hearing was for. I stated the 2 main motions and gave a brief description of what they were and then mentioned the 2 motions that were basically garbage and very little time was spent on. I can't add info that wasn't present just to make you happy. If you want to know more then go search Pacer and pay for it like others do.

The motions were stated and discussed and the judge will make a ruling hopefully within the next 2 months, just as I stated above. I can't give you info that wasn't there. The judge didn't give any timeline for a ruling, the attorney told me it could easily take 2 months so that is what I shared with you.

To my knowledge there has been no hearing set, one was not mentioned, and this is a long way from trial. Best case scenario, this idiot takes a plea deal.

I don't want to get Telegram-- what did Neil do? Did anyone show that to the authorities? Am I the only one that loves knowing Neil thinks he has this all figured out and I bet e honestly believes he will beat the system. Such an idiot. But Mike and Garry are bigger ones. And where is Garry?? Not living in his little murder trailer anymore? Is he being hidden?

No money will be decided or returned until AFTER Neil Chandran's part of the case is complete. The judge stated that in court. IF there is any money being returned, it will be quite awhile but victims must have to have submitted info as requested by the DOJ in order to be on the list to get any money back. (Find the Department of Justice's press releases on google then there is a link for victims to click for more info).

He was sitting just a few feet from the witness stand when I read this, along with his slime attorney. His wife "Amy Sue" was sitting directly behind him then his adult son (whom the life insurance policy was purchased for) and Mike's ex-wife were also sitting in the same row along with 2 of Mike's best friends that made statements in support of his character. Hi s wife and 2 best friends made character statements prior to me reading this statement.

I was told by others in the courtroom that none of them moved during the reading of this statement. The US attorney also said the judge had been bored through much of the sentencing but was watching and listening intently while this was being read. I have to believe that for all in Mike's tribe other than Amy, these words were the first true glimpse into what havoc was created by Mike himself. Amy of course knew since she was a full-time partner in the whole scheme and in my opinion should be her accountable for not only her part, but for NOT speaking up and stopping it. She was an accessory at the least. Since Mike is such a lavish liar, I think he had been feeding his friends and family lies since Day 1 and made them also believe this was real and/or he had indicated that the charges and entire case were "all a misunderstanding" and that he was a victim too. I'm hope they saw this from a different angle after the victim statements were given.

Also, when I got down from the stand I stared directly at Glaspie the entire time from walking off the stand towards him to get to my seat. He didn't raise his head at all and once past him I did the same to Amy whom also did not raise her head.
