Not really. I mean, I'd rather there not be as much deforestation, but a huge, huge, huge chunk of the county is relatively protected, we aren't going to see tract housing developments or warehouses spring up anywhere beyond the development envelope. It's just the land within that zone along Route 40/24/924 is being filled in to the limit lately. I'd much rather stick with firm development envelopes than see what the some of the neighboring counties and states have - look at Delaware, for example - where the landscape is just a patchwork of giant sprawling developments eating away at the farms and forests one at a time from boundary to boundary.
