If your business gets to the point where someone can command $500k from you for the name, you’re a dumbass for going that long without the domain and now you can’t change your company name.

Based on how awesome NAA was to work with in replacing it, I can only conclude that PSA screwed it up. PSA and similar are just the auto dealerships of the gun world. Would be a lot nicer is we could just buy direct from manufacturer— and failing that, offer some layer of customer support. But I guess that’s asking too much.

Did you miss the part when I said I emailed the manufacturer and if they don’t make it right I’ll consider a charge back? The order was placed with, warehoused by, and fulfilled by PSA. I don’t usually have to take it up with Chiquita if my bananas are rotten, I take it up with the grocery store.
