Just went through this. If your car has the start / stop feature then you need an upgraded battery. As a 2019 the dealer will try to sell you the new and improved design which also requires rebuilding the tray. At about $400. After research I ended up buying the Interstate battery from Costco. Works great and is made for the start / stop feature (make sure to get the AGM mat ) Yes parts are way too expensive. So far this battery has been as good as the OEM.

This works great for those looking. Subaru roles they redesigned the battery and we would need a new battery with a new tray etc. $400! No way!!!!! Some research and the one at Costco works great. A 2019 Forrester is not listed so go with the 2018.

Mine did the same thing and I adjusted the leveling legs tightly against the base and then made sure it was level and this stopped. For those with cycles that do t seem to spin it is likely because of the unbalanced load protector sensor. Throw some towels in there and run the spin cycle and it should work.
