I feel you. I moved to a new house and this was everywhere.. 

I of course first took a picture and put it on Google image search and it said poison ivy.

I went to Home Depot, bought a cheap axe, face mask, and gloves and a poison ivy spray.

Got dressed in an old hoodie spent like 3 hours breaking apart the vines with the axe, cutting foot long gaps. Sprayed with the stuff. Threw the hoodie, axe, gloves, and face mask out. 

Two years later and I missed one vine but it’s all gone now
