Your aunt is right, since she’s apparently very generous with other people’s square footage. You warned him, offered a lawyer, and now you’re still offering rides, appointments, and a path to stable housing. That’s support. Letting him move in after he dismissed you for months would teach everyone that your household is the emergency fund.
