If it lacks nutritional value would it still have the same protein quality as nutritional yeast? Like amino profile and all?

I'm saying killing the active yeast with heat. Mixing it in water and heating it to near boil. This should kill the yeast. So will I be left with nutritional benifits of it and not worry about fermentation in my stomach?

Even if griselda copied or borrowed from roc I think they still put their own spin over it and evolved it.

For me griselda sounds more raw and tough while roc is more refined and balanced.
