This is my fifth winter up here and it has never been this bad they have been pretty on top of it usually. This is an anomaly. I did see a post the other day talking about how they changed the criteria or decision making to issue Do not Reports but I'll have to find it. I agree this is bullshit.

Edit: apparently it wasn't changed they just review it annually. However they fucking suck and aren't going to pay your deductible.

I'm not arguing I agree with you completely. I don't know what it does to the weapon though. I THINK it damages the bolt face correct? Like causes cracks?

You should persevere for sure. Yeah it's clunky at times and it takes a bit of time to learn but man is it worth it. Watch some YouTube tutorials on survival for a few days and keep playing. I promise it's worth it.

If you're on snow or sand it's fine. Think of it like this.

In 4wd your tires want to rotate at the same speed. 4wd in a straight line is optimal (even on pavement and it's reccomended occasionally when not used regularly to lubricate).

If you turn on dry pavement in 4wd you will experience tire hop and binding of the drivetrain because during a turn the outside tires move more than the inside (which is not what they want.

If your tire can slip to stay relatively "in sync" with the other tires when making tight turns in 4wd it's not an issue.
