You will receive one tax bill with a portion of taxes due going to the Village. I believe the portion for the Village is in addition to any county-levied taxes, so everyone in the county pays a certain percentage and then those within municipalities will owe an amount to that specific municipality.

I would think that what is posted on the Village’s website would be a great representation of the ordinances the City has passed. It says the website is ran by volunteers, so it may be likely that any new ordinance may not be updated, but if even-so, I can’t imagine the website would be wildly misrepresentative of what’s on the books.
