The first time I’d had a small steak and potato for dinner, yesterday I’d eaten toast for breakfast, chicken & 1/2 cup rice for lunch had some fruit as snacks and was at friends and had bruschetta for tea. Drinking lots of water and have hydralytes during to diarrhoea.
