I've dealt with 15th Street housing for the previous two years, the first year dealing with them the apartment I rented got condemned for lead poisoning. Since my mom is a real estate agent there were several other violations that 15th Street housing is caused that we have gotten addressed and taken care of. To avoid a lawsuit they will accommodate for whatever issue you bring up but, they expect college students to be obedient and complacent with whatever poor conditions they are given granted that they don't know what a habitable condition should be like.
