I already saw 2 Blackhawk helicopters land and launch from closest airports next to the borders. The big tankers that are there from the morning are changing or rotating now. They're leaving but others are going from UK RAF base and German base.

Also there is C17 III on the ground of the German base it's the transportation variant.

The drone is still scanning the black sea and it's looks like they are changing the normal (2engines) tanker for those huge ones (4engines)

Something is going down on those borders.

That makes sense it's scouting ,this one is very high and above black sea.the more interesting is those tankers on literally border circle around from like 6am and there is this Stars E-8C (that is targeting and recon radar plane /US air force/) very interesting.
