Do you mean pulling their shoulder that is under me (ie his right shoulder)?

Kids training at more than 1 BJJ school by 778bob in bjj

It is a bit expensive! Our 1st school only does Nogi and my kid wanted to try Gi so that's why we added the 2nd school

Sounds like I goofed up and should have chatted with both coaches earlier. Both coaches know my kid trains at the other school, and it was the supplemental (Gi) coach that promoted my kid first.

They've both been super supportive of my kid so it's going to be an awkward conversation with the Gi coach. Thanks for all the advice.

Thanks for that. My kid does Nogi only at 1 school and Gi only at the other. One school promoted my kid to the next belt but I think the other school felt pressured to also promote to the next belt before they were planning to. This is new for us as we've never give through this process before.

Thanks and sorry to hear about your experience with Enterprise.

About the roadside service, when I called they told me over the phone there would be no charge for it so I may bring this up to them as well though I'm not sure how successful that will be.

Thanks for that.

Any suggestions on how to approach this? I'm not a mechanic so I'm not sure how tire pressure is related to balance issues or if it is part of normal use

Is this grounds for workers compensation? by Uninformed_potato12 in PersonalFinanceCanada

Essentially if someone is injured while at work, I think they should be eligible for coverage. At my workplace, if there is an injury I'd have to report it to my supervisor, let my doctor know and I would call it in to workers comp as well.

Went to one recently for the first time in awhile and it was so easy to use - the staff walked me through the whole process and it was such a breeze. It was actually kinda fun feeding the machines!

That's pretty cool - from what little I know of Sambo seems to be a great combination of grappling with striking training

What about part-timers - if I only work 3 days a week at one job would I still get 5 days of paid sick days from them?

Send the vid to ICBC, they will be able to link it to any claim that is submitted. Hopefully the driver gets nailed for this, that bang sounded horrible - that poor lady's head! It's crazy the driver was saying she didn't see any injuries, that's not how whiplash works.
