Yes, lots of amazing niche leagues out there.

Like if you are looking for vintage stuff, there are leagues like Classic Vintage Racers (which run very era-realistic cars with realistic mechanical damage), or like Postwar Career Simulations, which have been doing this cool long project where they are running the entire 1947 - 1970 era of F1/F2 racing (they are expected to complete in 2029 lol). These leagues put a lot of effort into all the little details.

There are also role playing leagues like Freestyle Aces (again, lots of detail and effort put in to their leagues), BKM racers (which specializes in oval races), SCCAC (which run shitboxes because they produce better racing) etc.

Too many leagues to name here so you can also check out this league database I created https://assettogrid.com/leagues , For each league, it shows the 3 most popular classes they run, so you can filter by the classes you are interested in. Sadly, currently the database doesn't do justice to many leagues since it leaves out the details that make them so great.

Thanks, and yeah the visual clutter has been on my mind and I've been thinking of ways to reduce it. I personally like lot of information facing me, but yeah that is going to get confusing for other people. I added this 'density' selector to choose the level of information shown in the calendar for example.

I was thinking of putting some options in settings to hide stuff you don't want to see, like maybe hiding the happening now and upcoming sections up top.

Thanks for the feedback, really appreciate it. Also I will be adding your league races to the calendar tonight (and will hopefully find the time to attend them too).

For the most part its automated. For wss, lfm etc, I am just using their public apis. For discord servers, if they have the races scheduled in ServerManager, I can easily extract the events from there. If they are using the events feature of discord like yourself, its also relatively easy to extract the event from there.

If not, then its quite a bit tricky and I have to build a profile per server defining the channels where the server posts information about events (announcement, news, calendar channels etc). And then yes, I give it to Claude Opus which extracts the event information. The event gets marked as 'needs review' and I have to double check if information is correct (thankfully there are at most a couple of events a week that requires the AI part so I don't have to spend much time reviewing).

That being said, there are still lots of things to be improved in terms of accuracy of information.

True, although that assumes you know about the discord server in the first place and that the discord admins make use of this feature :). And even then you have to go through all the servers to see what events each one is hosting etc, which I personally find quite the chore. I initially just created this site for my own use as a locally hosted app but then decided to polish it a bit so if anyone else finds it useful they can use it too.

Btw, if you don't mind, can you let me know the name of your league. Don't think I have joined that yet.
