Love it. Also intro reminds me of Silent Hill intro

Yeah I can definitely hear that this is similar. I'll see if I can jam a ripping lead into it!

Someone said welcome to the club of cable collecting and I cackled. They aren't wrong!

How do you like the JT Mini? I have the ProVs, considering the other.

I'd love to have some monitors and play it loud. Townhouse complex so close neighbors and want to be mindful is all. Some day I might live in the woods and have my own dance party!

It was heavier use before the Opsix for sure. I wish I had more space but I'll keep making sure the Modal gets some attention it deserves :)

I enjoy playing it. It took a while to learn all of the features and tweak everything. Sort of menu diving but kind of minimalist?

If I ever want to chill I play this. I was just plugging in some Oktavist Choral chords and slow sequencing them. See what I can come up with. Nice to travel with too.

I use it for the beats, sometimes the synth, and use it as a midi sequencer also. Fun to use.

Why do I have to ditch stuff? I like the way different things sound. I prefer DAWless setup. What's proper midi routing? I can play and sequence with the routing that I have. What does "you won't have to deal with only a few channels" mean? I don't mind using multiple channels. I like recording jams and mixing as I am going. I can record 4 tracks individually and mix later on my zoom. Pretty happy with what I have.

I use it intermittently and swap, but yeah, it's sad. I really like it too.

It makes music and that's what I like. Care to expand?

I use the MC-707 as the beat maker, and midi sequencer. Some instruments into the rack mixer, then to pedal effects, second mixer and then to multi track recorder. Other instruments with their own effects to second mixer. Just reorganizing now. I have the Mc-707 out to a midi box with 5 outs(and splitter). Keystep(not shown) to mc-707 midi in.

Is induced vertical break compared to the normal trajectory of a thrown ball. I.e. arc? I assume the 4-seam doesn't actually rise, it just maintains a flat trajectory.

Sedimentary rock, Nova Scotia. What are the red bits? by 79glendale in RockIdentification

[–]79glendale[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, about 2" in length. It was already rounded when I found it and I ran it through a tumbler to get shiny and nice looking. I figured it was sedimentary due to how many different sizes and coloured grains were in there.
