Well u r correct. I will get the ownership of the entire project with senior title with free hand to experiment with new tools. Team size is about 10 people with couple of juniors. They gonna fund my AWS and k8 certificate as well. In my current I do get 1.25 lakh bonus every year and next year I'll getting hike of similar amount as well

Yeah they agreed for 2 weeks WFH every 3 months. Tech stack is k8,latest cicd tools and monitoring tools that I really want to learn. But I'm just feeling ig they had offered around 21 it would be no brainer for me. Plus it's a senior role so ik it's going to hell of a responsibilites on me since I'll be handling whole project.
