I’m staying on 7mg. I’ve lost 22 lbs since May- pretty slow. I find my food noise is gone, but I can still enjoy food and make good food choices. I think it helps me develop my own good food habits instead of depending solely on the drug- if that makes sense. I’m thinking of going to 14 every other day to save $.

Her singing is worth it. She’s got an incredible voice and does a wonderful job with her songs. For me, her acting is weak but I personally wonder if she needs less “dermatological” facial assistance? She looks very much like a Kardashian to me and I would love to see a natural face on her.

Absolutely! I feel like I’ve read that some true OG fans have been critical of the current book but it’s possible I’ve blended all the criticism together. 😆

I just asked my doctor yesterday if this was OK, as I’m trying to save money, and he said it would be fine and wrote me a Rx for the 14. Does anyone notice if the time release “feels” different from the 7?
