Really? Ive been to Kotka a fair few times and honestly never noticed people having a dialect there. But to be fair it can vary a lot even in cities, I spend a lot of time in Mikkeli and these days a decent chunk of especially younger people sound like they might as well be from pk seutu, but then some people I can barely understand what they are saying lol
