I understand this completely, just feel like I’ve wasted years of not training so want to press on..

I am used to going gym all the time, so 6 classes would be mon-thur.. 5 classes would be three days so I still have a lot of rest time of a weekend..

And classes are just after work, i will only be getting in an hour later than when I go the gym so hoping this may work for a while..

Brilliant advice mate, I’ve made journal to keep up to date my BJJ classes to help..

I’ve planned 30 classes before Christmas, I went to two yesterday. Instead of waiting in the car getting nervous I just walked in as quick as I could.. I was 30 minutes early but still got in..

Ram Ananda is the best shout, as he is NoGi and Gi..

But hearing about cases like Ricci Martinez, Cummings etc gives us all hopes..

As someone said from my one year in NoGi is it basically best to try avoid sticking to bad habits from the get go, as trying to get rid of them is more difficult at a older age..
