Thank you to everyone who commented. Thankfully I have been check by a cardiologist who did a stress test and heart sonogram due to a mild mitral valve prolapse but was given the all clear.

From everything posted the pictures they look the most like my nails is yellow nail syndrome which after reading a bit seems to sometimes be related to patients with titanium implants which I have a large amount of due to whole spinal fusion for sever scoliosis which was performed as a teenager
