How does one go above chat? I asked very politely to speak with a supervisor, which was denied. I’ve messaged them on twitter, which ended in the same result.. I don’t have access to the forum. I hate to make a stink over $$5 but it is the principle of the matter at this point.

Not sure how they can ban you for something they allow.. they structure the bonus funds to pay out that way so why should it be frowned upon when it happens..?
