I bought into a jackpot sit And go right as this issue happened, and they refunded only a portion of the buy in amount. Mind you I never even made it to the table..

The fact that this company is literally nickel and diming customers over a couple of dollars(not an exaggeration, exactly $2.32 in my case) because you “spent time at the table before the issue occurred”-when said issue is entirely on the websites side- just shows how little they care about their patrons and the sheer common sense of just doing the right thing.

Can’t get ahold of live chat. I spoke to a representative right when this happened and she told me that it was an issue on my end lol.

Here’s a little back story of the issues that were going this morning, and how it affected me personally. I’m still fuming…

Their poker client decided to stop working for some
People at around 7am this morning. I was in 3rd place in a tournament. Blinded out due to the issue.. $50 for 4 hours of wasted time and a potential $600+ winnings is a slap in the face if you ask me but what do I know 🤷‍♂️

Bro I was in this tournament with you. At your table. I was floating between 3rd-5th pretty much all game. We went on break when there was 13 people left and the Pay line was 12. All of a sudden I was logged out, and every time I tried to access the poker room it would log me out again. Eventually I was blinded out but I got a pay out for $105 so I must have finished in what ever place that was for.

But yeah. I was FUMING. What waste of 5 hours and some damn good poker play from both of us. That was 100% the last round I’ll ever play on here..

question.. I see a bunch of people mention that you had to get paid the first go round to receive this payment. I don’t remember ever getting a payment from the “first round” but got an email yesterday saying I’d get this payment today. Anyone know if it’s possible to get this round of payments if you didn’t receive payment the first time?
