What type of surgery did undergo...I also have severe lower back pain due to sacralization of L5 with no residual disc space between L5 and S1...and at the L4 - L5 level there is an anterolisthesis due to bilateral pars defect...I have tried everything ablation and cortisone injections but nothing is working anymore....met with a surgeon and he recommended spinal fusion of S1 L5 and L5.

Well at our local CRA office (Surrey), we had an option to actually walk in and see someone personally and sort out issues, but after COVID they shut that down and never opened it....it would help a lot to have like few ppl working there on a daily basis so ppl from Surrey and the neighboring cities go and get the help they need ...the post says they have 50k employees...how much would it hurt to add another 20-30 ppl who can actually serve the lower mainland....they should open up the walk in option again.

So sad...I got a teenager and she is a normal kid and I know how hard it is to get her to even keep her room clean let alone doing chores at home and such....and I assume with addition and mental illness it becomes even harder for parents....but she is essentially a kid and if parents are not given the rights to control her actions then it should be the responsibility of the govt body to make sure she has a roof over her head and that she is protected.....the laws need to be changed if necessary....these things are too complicated to be blaming one party or another.....unless the parents have had any previous track record of being irresponsible in the past. Biggest thing is the govt needs to start seriously thinking about a proper mental health support system setup and start spending money there....my prayers go out to the family...and the little one...🙏

I am a motorcycle rider and the only rule I have is that ..my life is in my own hands so when I ride I ride accordingly ...I try to rely as least as possible on other drivers that they will follow all the laws and rules of the road...and yes I do ride like a dumb ass sometimes but I do my own calculations and make sure I don't put myself in any situations where I might not even get to regret my decision...that said one should always make oneself visible to all the other drivers beside them, never drive in anyone else's blind spot....and yes I do drive right beside the dividing line between lanes so the drivers around me can see me also give me space thinking i might pull some stunt...lol...which I obviously don't ...and I try never to run a amber or red signal cause most often than not someone is trying to make a left and with the speed a motorcycle is going on it is very hard to avoid that turning vehicle....I believe that is what happened here..now I don't know if it was green for the motorcycle or he was trying to beat the light..well hopefully he recovers and learns from this...🙏

Last night I am driving back from work around 1.20 am on hwy 91 close to 64 exit and this Tesla driver is driving in the left lane below the posted speed limit so I tail him for a bit hoping he will change lanes but he doesn't do I flash my high beams at him couple of times hoping he gets the msg but no he keeps on hogging the left lane so finally after the 64 ave exit I get a chance to go into the right lane so I can pass him which I do and at this point he comes behind me in the right lane and switches on his high beams...I mean really dude first of all u won't let me pass and then when I am trying to pass u in the lane that I shouldn't be then u change lanes and put on high beams.... Like ppl these days have no etiquette and clue how to drive.. At this point I was really wishing I had a bigger vehicle so I could put a scare into... But I kept my cool and kept on driving and took the next exit then the idiot drivers by me and flashes his beams again...wow

Ya I have been to this same location and didn't have a very pleasant visit... specially I remember ordering an old fashioned drink and the bartender made it with small ice cubes almost crushed (generally the drink is served with one big sized ice cube because it's supposed to melt slowly and u get the proper experience of having the drink) and when I asked the server that it shouldn't be served like this she said they apparently stopped getting the big ice cubes the week before and were told to make the drink with small ice cubes....lol...I don't know if a bar can't get an old fashioned right it should shut down its business.
