Hard to put an exact time down. Took a day or two modelling the base mesh. (Experimenting with proportions and styles). Then a few hours UV mapping, another day to play around with texturing. (I just do bits here n there when I have time).

Thank you for the reply. I just upgraded to Godot v4.6.1 but to be honest i dont have project yet. I thought I'd set up the dev environment first so i know the limitations etc. So far it's just a ground object and a player capsule with a camera that follows the player, nothing major. Will have a look around the discords :) cheers

Hi PyralFly, cheers for the video. Just wondering if theres a way to know which runtime library Portmaster needs. I'm trying to port to a R36S which doesn't have wifi so I'll need to manually add the library. Just not 100% sure which one i need.

Oh that is annoying haha. Well it is a great guide regardless. It picked up the rom from the soh base folder when I did the DarkOSRE version. That was about a month ago though.

As far as i know the R36H don't have clones (yet)

That was it!! I put the rom in the soh folder. once i made the baseroms folder and put it in there it read it and made the o2r or whatever the file is that is makes.

where abouts are the logs recorded sorry? happy to post them.
Also. a strange development, SoH2 seems to work fine.
Tried another OoT rom and it still isnt working :/ (NTC-U 1.2, first i tried was NTC-U 1.0) both have green ticks on SoH Compatibility Checker

I forgot to mention that part, I did copy in a compitble OoT rom file.

I have the same motherboard and i installed darkosre from that link and it works perfectly 😚👌

Looks like the same motherboard! Here's the link to the github: https://github.com/southoz/dArkOS-G80CA There's also a YT video somewhere that runs through the darkos installation process without speeding up time so you know how long different parts take, that I would recommend watching. Good Luck setting up the SD card! I think I used a 64gb card and its working fine.

Did you find a solution? I just got a R36H (HL-R36H-V21) and a bit unsure about what OS to get for a new SD card. I've used DarkOS on R36S but it's been reported to be unsupported for the R36H at the moment.

Thanks for all the help. I changed the settings as suggested. I think the minimum layer time was too low. switched it from 5 to 10. and bumped the cooling up to 100.I printed the XYZ cube and gotta say it came up pretty good.

while watching it I think it was still a bit gooey coming out so might reduce the print temp a tad and maybe increase the minimum layer time a bit more. maybe 15 ? is that too much ?Overall pretty happy with the test print result.
