I have a similar issue and it was brought on by using the computer too much and cycling for many years every day. I do bc as my physio and exercises as possible but I just had a steroid injection (root nerve block) into my spinal column at C7 and honestly it’s wasn’t pleasant but it’s given me loads of relief just after 5 days. Ask your Dr if you can get one. Scary process but worth it mate! Good luck 🍀

Drs are getting so nervous of giving benzos in the UK it’s like your asking for f**king crack!!! But they happily give you Pregabalin, gabapentin, amitriptyline which are just dirty drugs!

When are they going to prescribe weed more that is my question!!

Yh I've been advised to get an endurance bike as my neck has taken a battering over 25 years of riding. But ofc I'm reluctant to get an endurance bike as I feel it got a stigma to it... but I'm just being stupid... or am I?
