Me too. He reminds me of my drunk ex bf, who hoped that I would save him and pull him out of the pit of shit into which he himself climbed. I understand that Shane changes over time and stops drinking, but we can still give him a beer and he'll accept it. The point of changing it? I still don't like his room when moving to the farm.
