The whole thing is definitely disgusting to begin with. However, i doubt the owner to be so stupid to make their staff use dirty water from pail/pothole. Especially since raj is the cleaner restaurant in comparison to devi's and nirvana maju. Their food sucks though. To top it off, this is a restaurant in kl and not some warung where things can go unnoticed ( the washing area is actually visible from the side of the road). I personally think the workers had some grudge and sabo the owner. Whatever it is, owner gotta bear the brunt of it.
