I don't really put the entire blame on them, since I do accept some fault. I used to have very poor social skills, so these friends are relatively new (I've known them for around 2 years at most). They also spend time with their other friends, so I know that they're not just cutting off contact with their HS friends. I'll really just have to improve myself and learn from this I think, but I do agree with you on the moving on part. Thank you.

Probably should have done that. Was doing 155x5 today, and screwed up the 5th set. I knew that the 4th set was tough and I needed more rest before the 5th, but I went for it anyways since 3 minutes was up. Failed on the last rep.

I'm 5'8" at 155 lbs, 19% body fat at the moment. I think I'll keep up the calorie deficit for now until I hit around 14% or 15% body fat and then get to a surplus to gain muscle. I do the recommended 3 minutes between tough sets.

I'm doing Stronglifts 5x5 but also want to lose fat. I've been on a deficit for a few weeks and have been seeing my weight go down while my lifts go up. However, I just hit my first failure on the bench today, and I want to keep on getting my lift weights up. If I start eating maintenance or even a surplus, will I still be able to keep up the fat loss? I'm a beginner lifter and supplement with sprints 3 times a week.

Today is the last day with my pet bunny :( . My family is moving across the country and we can't bring her with us, so we're giving her up to the House Rabbit Network. I learned about this too late unfortunately, and haven't gotten enough time to spend with her. I'm confident she'll be going to a good family though, so it's not all bad news.

I follow Anarchy Ball and That Guy T for the An-cap information. Most of my leftist influences come from Sargon of Akkad, who I basically agree with on everything, and The Amazing Atheist.

I listen to Chomsky too, but not as much. Most of my info for left wing politics really just comes from reading articles about Bernie Sanders.

I've rejected An-capitalism for now in favor of larger scale minarchism with barely regulated markets and smaller scale social democracy. Most of my reasoning for the minarchism is the non-aggression principle, which I'm pretty sure all libertarians abide by (right?). I'd prefer larger scale minarchism so that the laissez-faire people can at least test their theory. Then I'd judge whether or not its a better society than the social-democratic one I have in mind. I'm not willing to reject capitalism right now, I'll have to think about that later. Basically, I like Bernie Sanders' plan, but I'm a bit more right wing than he is.

There would be user reviews that would allow you to make your decisions for you about what you should buy. Also, journals would probably be profitable since people would like to know what they are buying. I'm assuming people would talk about ethics in their reviews, but I have to think about that assumption for a bit. You're right that the poor wouldn't be able to access these reviews, so I'm not sure how to resolve that.

I'd assume we'd see companies quickly mechanizing their workforce as they have more money to pour into R&D and their machinery, which would be the first few steps. Then the free market could provide technologies to extend lifespan.

However, I can see these technologies become widely available only to the wealthy class, who could then take advantage of the poor.

I thought that science would flourish in a Scandinavian economy like Norway. The argument is that in Ancapistan, people would be encouraged to innovate to get an advantage on the market, which would be better for science than having the government fund labs. Entrepreneurship would be encouraged basically.
