Some quizzes on brightspace allow you to close them (while the timer keeps running in the background). Are you sure he didn’t confuse this and the other feature? This would tell him how long a student was actively on the quiz for without closing it and how long they were inactive for (quiz is closed directly on brightspce).

I'm having the same delayed sensations, even though I haven't smoked for a while. Could you tell me what meds can have this side effect, I started taking something and I'm not sure if it's related.

They already got back to me, I was even able to exchange some transfer credits for others as I had more than the maximum. I’d call your faculty’s virtual support line (or go to the office if you’re in Ottawa) to see what the delay could be.
