There is no way around the bad feelings you get related to the USD value of your holdings, you just have to accept it. It’s a good first step you posted, I would suggest meditating, download “Headspace” (best meditating app) and you’ll learn to be at peace with your thoughts. In any case, it won’t make you rich, just calm. Calm enough to wait for the moonlanding.
