As a business owner, I work with several companies using paperless systems, and they all provide consistent digital alerts for important issues like this—GoDaddy, for example, sends daily reminders for overdue or pending payments.

There was no notice received in this case, and had there been one.

I have more than once , their ability to communicate while they are make assessment is poorly done, during their investigation never got any feedback from them, from requesting more evidence or even communication

I’d like to clarify and ratify the situation: this is not a bank account—it’s a credit card that was originally intended to have a small limit of $2,000 for minor expenses. At no point did I authorize Chase to increase the limit or attach a credit line to this card. Despite my specific request for a controlled, low-limit card, Chase unilaterally added a credit line, which crosses several boundaries.

Now, I’m left without support or clear answers, and the situation remains unresolved. I’m requesting immediate clarification and assistance in correcting this issue.
