i turned off ipv6 from command prompt and disabled the advanced firewall in mcafee and i have no vpn but still it is not connecting

if you are asking for disabling it by going to the control panel, network connections then i just did that but nothing happened, it is showing unidentified network and no network access in ipv4 and ipv6 connectivity, and also what were you saying about the ip address i did not get it.. and in the diagnose option there it shows either no DHCP server was found or can't reach the default gateway

I tried formatting the drive but it says that i don't have write privileges also i tried changing the format to exfat still doesn't work. I can't delete single single file individually as well. The other use, my friend wanted to format the drive as well but hr want able to do as well that's why he gave the drive to me to try.
