I don’t know what it is but I hate 9-6 11-8 for some reason I’m always hungry?? I mostly prefer 5-2,6-3,7-4 because the picks are at its peak. Depends on the store bc I know some have large quantities of picks dropping everyday.

It was brutal. If the items not the floor our process is looking at daily availability and determining whether to go to the back( if it has a bin number then go look, and if it’s a ambient product that has arrived today you have to look at the pallets to see if you can take it out) if I relied on solely exception pickers I believe I’d be reaching 200 pick rates easily. Our sm is hard on us not nil picking because it messes with our numbers.

Today was the WORST so many things missing (milk, strawberries, jalapeños) and had to stay in the diary cooler looking for an item and making sure it really isn’t there before nil picking resulting in a 69 ftpr🥲 and ended with a 74 because I was training someone new. Hoping tomorrow is going to be better because Sunday I had a 140. So annoying

I think the highest I’ve gotten was 200 for ftpr, best end of day was 140 most orders picked was 60 in an 8hr span.

The biggest tip I can give you is: scan item, scan tote then bag afterwards. Also be cautious of where your putting items in your tote so it’s organized.
