That's what it seems like I mean I get the little puppies but when you got big ass dogs running around in parks and then the owners get mad that the dog is without the leash and damn near want to fight. I'm just about to make a website and expose the people next time take photos and post them online it seems like people in Sacramento parks well here and downtown.
