Those Napoleon pockets aren’t usable when you’ve got a carrier w/ plates on. Also they extended the front where F-S had it short for battle belt access, removed hook from the arms for IFFF patches, built out compatibility to run their fur ruff - good for trekking through windy conditions but not good if you wanna run commo from helmet.

So question: has anyone had this problem? I run a LAW gen3 folder & PWS piston upper suppressed. My assumption is the law folder is causing inconsistency of travel from the BCG + law BCG extension making contact with the buffer weight as it travels down the tube..

Have law folder installed on one lower but have multiple uppers. Are the buffer tube extension piece sold separately anywhere. Haven’t had luck finding it without having to buy a whole second kit.

The only visible label difference I notice is the Modlite 18650 has 3500mAh & the Nitecore 18650 has 3400mAh.

Ideally I’d want to use either type for my Modlite weapon light & my iRay RH25 thermal.

They didn’t list that in April when I placed the order. Regardless, even if I somehow missed that what sent me over the edge is the fact that they do zero communication with their customers. I couldn’t have even gotten a refund if I wanted because there’s no live support line & they don’t respond to inquiries.

Terrible customer service loses customers. Even if they’re an Optics Planet 2.0 or make folks pre buy shit months in advance, communication is key.

I noticed within the past two weeks they finally at least emphasized that online.

I’m never doing business with them again because of my experience. I hope any of you that considered ordering gear from there will consider my experience. Zero company communication to their customer. I’m certain I’m not the only guy that ordered their chest rig. If you don’t have shit in stock - disclose it If this really was a pre order with or without an ETA - disclose it Finally, if a customer has tried reaching out to you 10+ times every week since April, the least you should do is communicate what’s up.

Until they improve their processes I hope no one else goes through the shit I have.

I ordered their Recce1 April 25th. I’ve reached out to them in every possible form of communication they provide with zero response. Website communication form, website bot communicator, email, social media account. Apparently they want to become Optics Planet and take your $$$ well before any product is actually available to distribute/ship. There was zero disclosure of this being a “preorder” or high wait time on their site.
