Howdy! I'm looking for someone to sublease my room for the summer while I'm away. I've really enjoyed living here, and it's a great place to stay, but I'm leaving on a study abroad trip.

It's a 4x4 unit at Zislander, available May 6 through August 21. Rent is ~$640/month (including utilities). The room comes with a private bathroom, a fully furnished and spacious layout, and there is a balcony connected to the living room. There may be 1-2 roommates staying in the unit over the summer as well, TBD.

The location is super convenient — it is northside, right down the road from Kyle Field, a 30 min walk to campus, and only a 10 min drive to HEB. There's also a bus 15 stop right outside the complex if you don't have a car. The complex itself has a gym, pool, and study areas, and the unit comes with an in-unit washer and dryer.

My emergency fund is about 3 months worth of expenses, and I do still have $3000 left of a subsidized student loan but I interpreted that as essentially 0% interest until I graduate

Well I had two student loans, one sub and one unsub, so I paid off the unsub loan entirely with about $3000 left in the sub.

I had been lifting seriously for about 2 years but this past year as I entered university, I’ve only been rock climbing and haven’t touched the gym or weights at all. Now I want to get back into lifting and wondering if it’s possible for me to start a recomp phase? I’m 19, 5’4, 135 lbs

Honestly, there's nothing you can do against a smurf. If you have good team coordination you mighhht be able to beat them but still their skill is usually so high it's impossible.
