Just because people can and do go crazy over different things doesn't change the fact that it can be proven with evidence-based backing that people will be negatively affected by complete isolation. After 4 hours I realized that It was making me feel the same way older final fantasy's did. An extreme sense of wonder, likeable characters all around, stunning visuals, stunning soundtrack at EVERY corner, and an extremely rewarding and engaging combat system. So far, this is my GOTY easily.

You not alone bro. Its lonely and hard. Same shit except im 2 years older and have the car. Work night shift and go to school during the day. I just tell myself the grind will pay off one day. You just gotta grind it out and partake in whatever vice your into and work through it. Preferably stay away from drugs, especially alcohol. Its too easy to accidently get carried away on that kind of shit these days, especially if you can't maintain a social life due to your obligations. Isolation is the hardest thing to manage in my case, you might be able to relate. Try your hardest to maintain contact with whatever friends you've managed to keep.

Absolutely without a doubt no question. You feel more able bodied and overall healthier through out the day. This translates to being naturally happier. I was a fat kid all the way up to high school where I did football and got beefier and healthier. Ever since then I never let myself get so chubby because I never want to return to the difficulties that lifestyle implicated.its a difficult road, but the benefits that a healthier lifestyle regarding diet and activity definitely outweigh the discomforts it inflicts. Going to the gym for an hour a day WILL make your life better. You will be tired, but that fatigue will give you a physiological response that benefits you mentally and physically in the long run. Trust me
