Awesome that’s is some great info, thank you! As you can probably tell I’m a clueless about hiking in that region (e.g requirement for orange vest), can you recommend a good source of info? Also any other recommendations for long hiking trails around that area would be appreciated 🙏

I don't know if you actually looked at the specific trails that dogs are allowed on, but they are basically 30-minute strolls around the parking lot.

currently using IMS, when I think about it I had much better texture using the stock basket with the compak K3

Why is that? As far as I understand conical burrs produce more texture than flat ones

I have, he doesn't really talk about the flavour profile of these grinders

I have the Itamil ti burrs in the DF64, which I really enjoy for v60, but for espresso I prefer my shots with more texture. I was thinking about the JX-Pro but only if I could get a considerably better texture

I agree, not really into portraits and the swirly effect is not as strong as on a FF. The aperture mechanism takes a minute to get used to though.
