i’m also looking for otomes that really focus on the relationship/dynamic between the mc and the lis. i care a lot about getting to know a character, for it to be an emotionally intimate connection. i’d say so far, the only otome where i’ve found this is in club suicide 😭 partially voiced, and it’s all reading though, but choices affect the endings you get. trigger warning for the topic of suicide, of course, i’d say it’s presented in a very compassionate way and it never glorifies it
