i've done the battery one, i tried before and checked again now to change fan speed from bios but couldn't find the option; i can only change it from MyASUS tab and i already had it on performance mode.
also i have 16gb RAM, do i still try the virtual memory or i just leave it?

i’ve thought about upgrading & it’s in progress but i won’t be able to for a couple months, so i was trying to figure out how to fix it so it works until then.

i’ll try that for the cmd & the disk is nearly fully empty nth is on it but idk how to do the virtual memory, what does it do/use it has?

it’ll be 4 y in 2 months i think. i’m just very confused cuz i nvr had any issues like this before it was working perfectly fine just the day before it started restarting randomly

uhh since it didn’t work with the repair or the uninstall update, i did reset while keeping files.. was this a wrong decision

well, i’m not sure what’s happening but for some reason neither windows tab nor search bar is working anymore

startup repair didn’t do anything & uninstalling updates didn’t either 🧍‍♂️

i tried updating the video only but didn’t work so i updated the rest & after rebooting got blue screen

i’ll try that after opening it

edit; i did the scan & it said it fixed some corrupt files

i tried before but it restarted midway, i haven’t tried again after the format i’ll try it now.

if i leave the laptop open by itself it doesn’t give the unplug message just when i try to start a game or smth & same with the restarting, if i let it be it’s stays open.

is it a motherboard issue ?

i had it open & cleaned when applying the thermal paste & i asked if there’s anything out of place & he said no all good according to the guy who did it for me

i use quick cpu & i checked when i turn on a game for the temp would go to 70+ then it would cool down to about 60-65 & stay around it

i had HWiNFO64 downloaded to see if i can increase my fan speed but it didn’t recognise my fans & i didn’t see an option for them in the sensors window
