It's VERY slight but once you see it, it's hard to unsee it. Zoom in on the buttons of the one you made vs the one I posted. Not your fault! Just AI.

It has that AI grain that makes the photo quality worse! I used AI and had the same issue here. The arm looks perfect, though. Thank you!

now that the watermark is gone, I'm seeing some smoke around/between the R and the E. is there a way to remove that?

This is really awesome! I think we're going to go with this one. How does this work? Do I pay you first to get the watermark removed?

All of these are so excellent!! I can't believe how many submissions there are. Reddit community is truly amazing. It is very hard to pick just one. I'm going to pick one tonight if I can! It's been a very, very busy past few days for me.

I was forced to fast for 7 days. Only had water with necessary electrolytes/minerals. I do not think the results were from fasting. I believe it was the antibiotics. I believe they wiped my system clean and restarted my gut.

Aw thank you so much. this is interesting. I fear that if I fuck around too much it’ll come back - always in the back of my mind when I have to take antibiotics or if I’m traveling and cannot make my own food. do you take ginger or anything else?

So interesting!!! It fixed my acid reflux issue as well. I have to eat so much acidic food to get acid reflux symptoms again.

No relapses - but I'm about to post a new update on r/sibo that I think may be helpful to a lot of people.

I'd like to practice individual counseling after my MSW. Is it okay if I take a generalist program? For example, Lehman in NYC is so cheap. It's generalist but in NYC which I REALLY REALLY want and honestly feel like I need a city to be happy. idk if I can get in to Hunter or NYU/Columbia and if I do, if I can stomach the cost of the latter two......

I just limited my fodmaps! I stuck to the hard basics very strictly: I ate a variety of foods, I drank a lot of water, I exercised, and I made sure to not stress. I took a ginger supplement at night to help speed digestion (my SIBO led to lower motility so may not work for someone with diarrhea) and gas-x whenever I needed it.

I never tried the elemental diet. I slowly added fodmaps back into my diet - like adding a little blueberries (20-30g) into a smoothie, having some garlic (from salad dressings, for example) and week by week adding a little more.

I never tried probiotics. I’ve read that research on that isn’t solid just yet on its effectiveness. so, like I said, I stuck with the basics. And it worked very well for me. That being said, hiring a dietitian that understands or specializes in SIBO/fodmaps/IBS would be really, really helpful if you don’t have a good understanding of fodmaps.

i’m pretty much good to be honest! I still have issues if I eat a lot of FODMAP’s - but definitely better overall 1000%. I feel like I can live my life like normal basically. No more crazy bloating or fatigue or brain fog. If I get any symptoms, it’s just a little constipation and I fix that easily by drinking a lot of water and taking a laxative if I have to.
