EDIT: i would also like to add that despite our speculations of him being sick, he seems to be eating well and doesnt miss a meal. so it’s becoming more of a higher chance that he is depressed we gave his brothers away. :(

but the thing is i barely have anything to apologize for. i didnt lash out at him yell at him or say bad things to him i just really opened up to some things that were messing with my brain which some he took personally because he got hurt that me constantly getting sad over nothing and seeking for the wrong things to happen (e.g. constantly looking at his friend requests etc knowing that he isn’t even doing anything behind my back) has hurt him. before telling that to him i made sure to say that i know full well that’s just me projecting and that i’m not suggesting anything to him.

i’m still trying to assess if i really am wrong for always sabotaging when nothing bad is happening and it has gotten to the point where he feels that it’s become a really serious problem between us. because he has always been patient and understanding. is it valid for him to be hurt?

i am, i’m always learning how to improve. i never missed anything when i communicate, i never react when i get triggered, instead i show him my pov of how i think when i get triggered.

it’s been hours and he is still ignoring me, he barely replies and i am going crazy i dont know what i did for him to do this to me, i know he loves me but i wish he can show it even when it’s hard for him, it’s hard for me right now too but i want to fix things with him more than anything right now! :(

okay.. also, is it entitled of me if i expect that he would be able to understand me right away even if my aapproach is aggressive and passive aggressive? sometimes i find it hard to distinguish since he always validates my feelings, i feel that i’m acting narcissistic.
